About the hotel
A haven of peace and serenity, nestling in four acres of wooded parkland, at the foot of The Knoll.
Woodlands, formerly a late 1800s Victorian farmhouse, now provides comfortable, elegant surroundings for that relaxing break you surely deserve. The elevated position beneath the ancient hill fort of Brent Knoll, gives outstanding views and a sense of being 'away from it all'. Non-smoking rooms only.

Spacious room with four poster bed, centrally heated and en-suite with double shower and a range of luxury toiletries, colour television, trouser press, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Looking over the lawn and gardens, and over the fields to the outline of Burnham-on-Sea and beyond to the Quantock Hills. Deluxe four poster room with some period furniture. Fully en suite with large double shower.

Superior Double more info
All bedrooms are centrally heated and en-suite, most with double shower, one with bath, and a range of luxury toiletries, colour television, trouser press, hairdryer and hospitality tray. All but one of our double rooms have a view overlooking the lawn and gardens, across the fields to the outline of Burnham-on-Sea and beyond to the Quantock Hills. Tastefully appointed and fully en suite with showers (one with bath).

This is a lovely twin room that is luxuriously appointed and has beautiful views to the front of the house over the countryside to the Quantocks in the distance. The luxury bathroom boasts a whirlpool bath with overhead shower and there are all the usual finishing touches to make the room extremely comfortable.

Restaurants and Bars
Elegant, spacious dining room with chandelier, offering superb a la carte dinner menu. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.
Directions
Exit m5 at Junction 22. At the roundabout, turn right onto a38 (signposted for Bristol, Cheddar, Brent Knoll). Within 400 yards, turn left into Brent Knoll. Continue through village for approximately 3/4 of a mile until a slight bend. Turn right and then left, approximately 200 yards, following brown tourist signs to Woodlands, which is approached via its own driveway on the right.
